<li>Think outside the toolbox while hiring.</li>
<li>When someone is beautiful, people think "everyone will do your work for you"</li>
<li>Promote more low-cost courses and bootcamps. Sponsor a student!</li>
<li>The suggestion "Just start coding and google when you get stuck" is risky.</li>
